2009 was yet another landmark year for Sam Caterer and Andy Isbister, the Canine boys. As well as cementing their re concreting their reputation as some of the finest DJs in the country, they have taken their highly-respected Spinout Sessions radio show to the upper echelons of specialist dance music shows and continued relentlessly on to the production scene! If 2009 was anything to go by, 2010 is set to be off the HOOK!

Having signed to Spinout Records at the end of 2007, they have already remixed the likes of Lutzenkirchen, Richard Dinsdale, Si McEvoy, Adam Shaw, Baobinga & ID and Lissan & Stills, and their debut single Bounce went to No. 1 on the Beatsdigital download store, with remixes from Swen Weber and Dylan Rhymes this was a great way to begin their production career! Their follow-up Merrang, did equally as well with a consecutive No. 1 remixes from German superstars Moonbootica and fellow Spin Out-er Si McEvoys remix signed to Ministry of Sound, Germany and it was a fantastic way to start ‘09!

Caninesounds return to Ministry of Sound as residents for the fourth year running, this time under the Spin Out banner. As Spin Out Residents they regularly play at Egg, Inigo and wherever the Spin Out train takes them.They are also residents for Lot 49 & the awsome Oz based Dim Sum.

Over the years they’ve played at some of the world’s best venues including a headline set for WE LOVE... SUNDAYS @ Space , Ibiza, Privilege, Esparadis, Eden, Turnmills, Bagleys, The Cross, Brixton Academy NYE 09/10,  Camden Palais (old skool:)) and not forgetting The END.
